Our 10 steps approach
Step 1: Clients identify and share their skill upliftment needs with Career Ladder.
Step 2: Career Ladder goes through the details and requests for a Q & A session with the Client's delivery team to gain a complete understanding of their need and scope.
Step 3: Career Ladder drafts the Curriculum and Training plan and shares the same with Client's delivery team for review and approval.
Step 4: Career Ladder shares the pre-requisites (if any) with the employees to be prepared before the actual training start date.
Step 5: Career Ladder and the Client work together and monitor each attendee's progress and performance based on the agreed terms. Career Ladder shares evaluation reports for each attendee.
Step 6: Career Ladder hands over the batch to the Client on the agreed delivery date. Career Ladder keeps the Client informed about any changes to the delivery date and takes a signoff on the new delivery dates.
Step 7: Both the client and Career Ladder evaluate the consultant's knowledge and skills on the training. Any areas of concern need to be discussed. A plan needs to be laid down and agreed upon on how to overcome such challenges.
Step 8: Career Ladder re-works with employees in case of any exceptions highlighted by the Client in Step 7.
Step 9: Career Ladder hands over the remaining batch employees with whom they had to re-work on the agreed delivery date for final signoff.
Step 10: Career Ladder gets a final Sign off from the Client as a testimony of satisfied services.
Step 1: The Client identifies and shares their staffing needs for which they intend to use Career Ladder's services.
Step 2: Career Ladder goes through the details and requests for a Q & A session with the Client's delivery team to gain a complete understanding of their need and scope.
Step 3: Career Ladder drafts the Curriculum and Training plan and shares it with the Client's delivery team for review and approval. It also outlines a pre-requisite with details of what kind of consultants need to be inducted into the training (Minimum qualifications like education, prior experience, etc.).
Step 4: Career Ladder starts the recruiting process based on prerequisites defined and agreed upon in Step 3. We share the the resumes of prospective candidates with the Client for a signoff.
Step 5: Career Ladder and the Client work together and monitor each attendee's progress and performance based on the agreed terms. Career Ladder shares evaluation reports for each attendee.
Step 6: Career Ladder hands over the batch to the Client on the agreed delivery date. Career Ladder keeps the Client informed about any changes to the delivery date and takes a signoff on the new delivery dates.
Step 7: Together, the client and Career Ladder together to evaluate the consultant's knowledge and skills on the training covered by Career Ladder. Any areas of concern need to be discussed, and a plan needs to be laid down and agreed upon on how to overcome such challenges.
